My Stock Rules

This journal encompasses any gallery marked as STOCK.
You MAY
• Use my stock in images depicting gore/horror/darker themes.
• Use my stock on SIM games. Including profile/character art, ect.
• Use my stock to make commissions for non-real game currency. E.g; commissions on Howrse.e-commerce for equus. This is applicable only to currency that does not translate or transfer to real currency.
• Use my stock to create composites (manipulations, pre-made backgrounds, ect.) Please note pre-cuts are excluded from this.
• Use my stock in DA/off-DA competitions. Excluding those offering real currency.
• Use my stock for references, including lineart.
You MAY NOT
• Use my stock in images depicting abuse (domestic, animal, ect) or pedophilia. Natural circumstances such as wildlife animal fights are allowed.
• Use my stock in any real-profit situation. Online or offline. Please note this includes commissions for real-life currency.
• Use my stock to create singular pre-cuts. Such as a pre-cut of a horse. As above, if you wish to do this you MUST get my permission first.
• Re-post my stock in its original form anywhere. If you wish to share my image, do so with a link to the page of the image. Not the image itself or a link directly to the image.
• Claim my stock as yours. However if you gain permission for a pre-cut, you are allowed to request to be credited alongside myself in its use.
You MUST
• Credit me on the image if it is used outside of DA. Credit MUST be legible.
• Credit me in the image description if used on DA.
• Post a link to what you have created in the comments of the stock used, on each stock component.
• If you are using a pre-cut I have made of another person's stock you MUST follow their rules in addition to my own. Repeat violations may cause the original source artist to request the pre-cut is removed, therefore ruining it for everyone.
I reserve the right to request/have any image that does not comply with my rules removed from whichever platform it is created on. I also reserve the right to take legal action if you've infringed upon my rules in a real-life situation.
